Job Title: Analyst-Program/Project 3 Location: Pomona, CA (Hybrid)

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Analyst-Program/Project 3 to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful execution of substation projects within a leading organization known for its commitment to innovation and excellence. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting project managers and ensuring the seamless delivery of projects across our client's extensive territory.
Job Responsibilities:
Support project managers in executing substation projects across our client's territory.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project licensing, engineering, procurement, and construction are on track.
Organize and facilitate project meetings, including agenda creation, minute-taking, and follow-ups.
Assist in preparing progress reports, tracking project milestones, schedules, and budgets.
Develop and implement project procedures to ensure compliance with company policies.
Monitor project status and coordinate activities to ensure timely delivery.
Skills Required:
Experience supporting project managers from initiation to execution.
Background in infrastructure construction, preferably electrical.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
Willingness to travel to various project sites as needed.
Education Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree
