Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain multi-user computer systems, ensuring smooth operation and system performance.
- Coordinate with network engineers to set up administrator and service accounts.
- Keep system documentation up-to-date and install system-wide software.
- Provide exceptional customer service and troubleshoot PC/network issues.
Skills
- Proficiency in Active Directory and Microsoft operating systems.
- Experience with system patching and performance tuning.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work professionally with clients.
- Self-motivation and excellent problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Experience as a Windows System Administrator for over two years.
- Familiarity with production software and network troubleshooting.
