Pay Rate: $65/hr to $70/hr on C2C (Negotiable based on experience and engagement type)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Senior AWS DevOps Engineer with strong Copado expertise to lead and implement DevOps best practices in a complex enterprise management environment. This role will be instrumental in building and automating CI/CD pipelines, integrating Salesforce deployments via Copado, and maintaining scalable infrastructure on AWS.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure on AWS.
Lead CI/CD pipeline design and automation using Copado for Salesforce deployments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and product managers to define DevOps strategies.
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform / CloudFormation.
Ensure operational excellence by monitoring system health and automating routine tasks.
Maintain and secure environments using IAM, VPC, S3, EC2, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.
Optimize deployment workflows and support agile release cycles.
Define and enforce DevSecOps practices and governance policies.
Train and mentor junior engineers on DevOps tools and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of DevOps / Cloud Engineering experience with a strong focus on AWS services.
2+ years of hands-on experience with Copado in an enterprise Salesforce deployment environment.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or Bash.
Experience with Git-based workflows, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Bitbucket Pipelines.
Strong expertise in Docker, Kubernetes (EKS preferred), and deployment orchestration tools.
Hands-on experience with monitoring and alerting tools like CloudWatch, New Relic, or Splunk.
Deep understanding of CI/CD, Git branching strategies, and release management.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Solutions Architect).
Experience with Salesforce metadata API and Copado branching strategies.
Familiarity with ServiceNow or ITIL-based change management.
