What You'll Do

  • Lead Benefits Strategy: Design, administer, and communicate competitive U.S. and Canadian benefit programs, including health, dental, life, leave management, and retirement plans.
  • Oversee Payroll Operations: Manage payroll teams across both countries, resolve escalations, and ensure compliance with tax regulations, workers' compensation, and finance reconciliations.
  • Drive Retirement Planning Excellence: Chair the 401(k) and Retirement Savings Committee, conducting quarterly reviews, optimizing vendor relationships, and improving program offerings.
  • Be the HRIS Champion: Serve as the Workday and ADP expert, maintaining data accuracy, optimizing functionality, and managing vendor API integrations.
  • Lead Compensation Initiatives: Oversee salary planning, market benchmarking, and vendor connectivity enhancements.
  • Own HR Data & Reporting: Deliver accurate analytics, dashboards, and custom reports to support strategy, compliance, and executive decision-making.
  • Shape Job Classification: Collaborate with leadership to refine job structures, aligning them with global frameworks and business needs.
  • Support Strategic Planning: Partner with HR, finance, and legal, to manage budgets, headcount costing, and total rewards strategies.
