Discovery/SACM Architect

Introduction:

We are looking for a Discovery/SACM Architect with expertise in Cloud Discovery and ServiceNow SPM to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will play a key role in researching, developing, and maintaining Discovery patterns within ServiceNow, focusing on streamlining service management and portfolio activities across diverse environments.

Responsibilities:

• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to ServiceNow Discovery patterns within the SPM scope.
• Develop, update, and optimize Discovery patterns to support ServiceNow Service Portfolio Management activities.
• Handle incidents related to Discovery workflows, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate Service Mapping and Discovery processes.
• Maintain detailed documentation of Discovery patterns and workflows.

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of Cloud Computing and Collaboration.
• Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice and Portfolio Management.
• Expertise in Service Management and ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in working with Linux and Microsoft Windows environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Research and Workflow development.
• Ability to effectively map and optimize service processes.
