Job Title: SRE SRE (Site Reliability Engineer) Manager

Location San Ramon, CA Onsite from day one

Job Responsibilities

A Site Reliability Engineer is a professional who acts as a warrior to monitor, protect customer applications, and takes charge of operational tasks to ensure the efficient functioning of a system. They are responsible for monitoring, automating, and improving the reliability, performance, and availability of any applications. Can understand the complete retail domain/ retail applications

Candidates should have worked on the orchestration of things that happen once an order is dropped to WMS, like picking, packing, conveyor controls, dropping to ship dock etc.

Must have good knowledge on Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 support experience in eCommerce platforms Shopify, Blue Yonder or any other e-com solutions/platforms

Monitoring Dashboards, services like good at monitoring customer website, how many orders came, performance issues, etc (using datadog, splunk)

Other issues like payment outage

Ability to clearly communicate and understand a technical idea/concept.
Ability to work in a professional environment while interacting with peers and stakeholders, collaborating with offshore teams.
