Summary

A global law firm is looking for a Senior Manager to lead its Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) teams. This is a key leadership role responsible for advancing enterprise-wide identity strategies, driving operational maturity, and ensuring secure and efficient access across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead IAM/IGA engineering and operations teams, providing mentorship and strategic guidance
Manage and optimize identity lifecycle processes, authentication, and access management
Oversee the implementation and integration of Okta, SailPoint, and future CyberArk deployment
Partner with stakeholders across Security, IT, and Compliance to align identity initiatives
Support Agile delivery models, backlog grooming, and continuous improvement

Technology Stack

Okta (implemented in 2024)
SailPoint (currently being deployed)
CyberArk (planned for 2026)
Active Directory, LDAP, MFA, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, APIs

What We're Looking For

10+ years in IAM or cybersecurity roles, with 5+ years in leadership
Hands-on experience with IAM/IGA concepts including RBAC, SSO, PAM, and federation
Strong working knowledge of Okta and SailPoint
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or vendor-specific (Okta, SailPoint) preferred
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
