A global law firm is looking for a Senior Manager to lead its Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) teams. This is a key leadership role responsible for advancing enterprise-wide identity strategies, driving operational maturity, and ensuring secure and efficient access across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead IAM/IGA engineering and operations teams, providing mentorship and strategic guidance
- Manage and optimize identity lifecycle processes, authentication, and access management
- Oversee the implementation and integration of Okta, SailPoint, and future CyberArk deployment
- Partner with stakeholders across Security, IT, and Compliance to align identity initiatives
- Support Agile delivery models, backlog grooming, and continuous improvement
Technology Stack
- Okta (implemented in 2024)
- SailPoint (currently being deployed)
- CyberArk (planned for 2026)
- Active Directory, LDAP, MFA, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, APIs
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years in IAM or cybersecurity roles, with 5+ years in leadership
- Hands-on experience with IAM/IGA concepts including RBAC, SSO, PAM, and federation
- Strong working knowledge of Okta and SailPoint
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or vendor-specific (Okta, SailPoint) preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
