Data Consultant - Data Modeler

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Scrum Master with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:

• Provide analytical, operational, and administrative support to deliver desired business outcomes and to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the broader technology organization
• Perform financial analysis, analyze data, manage and disseminate KPIs, and assist with various organizational initiatives
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and work across departments to build relationships for informed and effective decision making and facilitating effective communication on processes
• Understand processes that directly impact technology readiness and budget targets, and how to streamline and simplify for maximum efficiency
• Guide deliverable through all phases, ensuring data quality and accuracy is completed
• Identify, assign, track, escalate, and resolve issues as they arise

Requirements:

• Financial acumen - budgeting and forecasting experience, ensuring financial accuracy, integrity, and clarity
• Presentation and Reporting - experience preparing KPIs and visualizations for an Executive audience to support decision making
• Strong financial/business, reporting and data analysis background
• Strong Project Management skills with ability to drive results
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Possess analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Excellent time management and prioritization
• Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, etc.) proficient
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel level
• Strong EQ

Desired skills:

• Bachelor's degree
• PMP Certification
• Familiarity with SAFe 4.0 (or higher)
• Experience working in the financial industry
• Tableau or Data visualization skills
• Experience with VBA/Automation

Pay range: $63.94 - $71.94
