Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Test Manager/QA Lead to lead and manage testing efforts for Salesforce Service Cloud implementation within a regulated system environment. The ideal candidate should have strong background in creating and executing comprehensive test strategies, overseeing test planning activities and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards throughout the software development life cycle.
In this role, the candidate will be responsible for leading our quality assurance work and overseeing all activities and tasks needed to maintain a high standard of quality for our products. The candidate will be developing and implementing quality assurance policies, conducting tests and inspections, identifying production, process, or product issues, and presenting solutions. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for maintaining the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
Define and implement end-to-end test strategies aligned with project goals and compliance requirements
Lead test planning activities, including scope definitions, risk analysis
Collaborate with cross functional team including business analysts, developers, QA engineers and regulatory compliance teams
Ensure traceability and documentation alignment with CSV (Computer system Validation) requirements
Review and Approve test deliverables including Test Plans, Test Scripts, Traceability Matrix, and test summary reports
Manage defect triage and resolution process
Coordinate and oversee System testing, regression testing, UT and validation testing efforts.
Ensure tools and frameworks used for testing comply with regulatory expectations
Monitor testing progress, provide regular status reports, and ensure delivery of quality outcomes.
Required Skills
Manual Testing: The candidate must have a strong understanding and experience in manual testing, including the ability to create and execute test cases.
Test Management: The candidate should have experience in test management, including planning, monitoring, and control of the testing activities and tasks.
Leadership: The candidate should have strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team of QA testers, assign tasks, and ensure that all testing objectives are met.
Preferred Skills
Computer System Validation (CSV): Experience in validating computer systems to ensure accuracy, reliability, consistent intended performance, and the ability to discern invalid or altered records.
Salesforce Service Cloud: Experience in verification of Salesforce Service cloud systems involving case management, Omni Channel. Any experience working with ChatBot is advantageous.
Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Performance Testing: Experience in performance testing to ensure system reliability, capacity, and scalability.
Security Testing: Knowledge of security testing to identify any vulnerabilities or threats.
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Understanding of the different stages of SDLC.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues and find solutions quickly and effectively.
