Job Overview:
We re looking for an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead end-to-end platform implementations and enhancements, specifically in telecom environments. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and a deep understanding of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the delivery of ServiceNow implementations across telecom projects
- Work closely with engineering, operations, and business teams
- Manage scope, timeline, and risks across complex environments
- Ensure solutions align with business needs and telecom best practices
- Report status updates to technical and business leadership
Must-Have Skills:
- 10+ years of project management experience
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM)
- Background in managing telecom-focused IT projects
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
