Infrastructure Project Manager (ITIL)_ 4+ yrs exp @ Normal, IL #24648

Most Important Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with IT Infrastructure Program Managers, IT Infrastructure subject matter experts, other IT & non-IT resources, and vendors to create project plans and drive project tasks through the critical path milestones for deliverables. Guide the Infrastructure subject matter experts & stakeholders through the execution and close out of the project.
  • Communicate & raise concerns to the leaders of subject matter experts & stakeholders when needed to ensure project delivery is successful.
  • Experience leading the implementation and refreshes of enterprise infrastructure network service solutions (IE, Multi-site connectivity, Data Centers, Wi-Fi, DHCP, DNS, etc.)
  • Experience leading the implementation and refreshes of enterprise infrastructure servers, data, and backup solutions (IE, Data Centers, NAS, Backup, DR, Server Patching, Active Directory, Server OS Upgrades, etc.)
  • Experience partnering with General Contractors during construction implementations

  • The discipline of guiding completed projects to the correct operational functions to take over the day-to-day.

  • The ability to communicate with all end users ("internal customers") in a professional, positive, and approachable manner.

Prioritization / Self-Management:

  • With a high volume of projects, the individual must be able to analyze impact and effort to appropriately prioritize/assign workloads
