Bank in acquisition mode. We have direct manager contact on it, some attrition from their QA testers. Need to support our resource there. . Starting ASAP going through June.
Need Banking industry experience
Manual tester, sql, excel formulation.
Data migration/testing in banking (financial terms), no code testing, just experience with ERP upgrade for banks -
Culture fit - detailed, good communicator able to work through - all internal work is with the team team, not client facing
Strong QA and manual testing expertise, with end-to-end ownership of test script authorship, execution, and validation
Ability to coordinate and manage testing efforts, including test planning, defect tracking, and cross-functional communication
Solid analytical and metrics skills, with strong Excel proficiency (including formulas) to support reporting, test results, and quality insights
Experience writing clear QA requirements and documentation, with a forward-looking mindset to enable future test automation
Understanding of data flows and system integrations, particularly how data moves through acquisition-related processes
Business and domain awareness, including light business analysis skills and familiarity with banking/financial terminology
