Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:Lead the functional design and configuration of the Workday Advanced Scheduling module.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday scheduling solutions.
Configure scheduling rules, patterns, shift templates, and compliance settings to meet workforce needs.
Ensure integration with Time Tracking, Absence Management, Payroll, and other related modules.
Partner with technical teams on integrations and data migration.
Provide expert guidance on best practices and industry standards in workforce scheduling.
Develop and execute test plans, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Deliver training and support change management efforts for end-users and administrators.
Act as the primary point of contact for ongoing scheduling enhancements and issue resolution post-go-live.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
5+ years of Workday experience, with at least 2 years in Advanced Scheduling or Workforce Management.
Proven track record of leading Workday implementations or enhancements, particularly in Scheduling.
Strong understanding of compliance rules, labor laws, and workforce planning.
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Workday certification in Advanced Scheduling, Time Tracking, or related modules is strongly preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in healthcare, retail, manufacturing, or other shift-based industries.
Familiarity with union agreements and complex labor scheduling rules.
Agile project management experience.
