Title: Salesforce Scrum Master

Ability to be hybrid in Seattle, WA (three to four days onsite)

Job Summary:

The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile processes and ensure that the team adheres to Agile principles and practices. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce and experience in driving successful project deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Scrum team in using Agile methodology and Scrum practices

Help the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction and deliver high-quality solutions using Salesforce

Facilitate daily Scrum, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings

Manage and coordinate Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance project efficiency

Identify and remove impediments to project progress

Ensure that the team is following the Agile processes effectively

Act as a mentor and coach for team members on Agile and Salesforce best practices

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Salesforce implementation projects

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework

Solid knowledge of Salesforce platform and its capabilities

Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills

Ability to motivate and lead teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder)

Experience in [specific industry or field]

The base salary range for this position is $91,457 - $137,186, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
