Job Title: Engagement Lead IT& Controls (Manager / Senior Manager)
Duration: 6 Months.
Location: Remote (USA)
Description:
Role Summary: The Engagement Lead will own the overall delivery of IT General Controls (ITGC) review, SAP controls oversight, and interface testing support. This role is client-facing, with accountability for ensuring all work meets PwC/auditor standards. The individual will also mentor and oversee junior resources (both internal and client-provided).
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute ITreviews covering access management, change management, and IT operations.
- Review and validate client-prepared workpapers for audit readiness.
- Coordinate with PwC/external auditors on control reliance requirements.
- Provide oversight for SAP automated controls testing and interface walkthroughs.
- Lead client meetings, walkthroughs, and closing sessions.
- Deliver issue logs, remediation recommendations, and management reports.
- Mentor India-based junior testers and ensure audit-quality documentation.
Qualifications:
- 10 15 years of experience in IT Audit/IT Risk & Controls.
- Strong background in SOX, COBIT, ITIL, or ISO 27001 control frameworks.
- Proven experience leading ITreviews for ERP environments (preferably SAP).
- Strong communication skills for C-level stakeholder engagement.
- Prior Big 4 or large consulting firm experience preferred.
- CISA, CISM, or CPA (IT emphasis) certification is a plus.
