Required Skills
Experience designing and running A/B tests
Strong understanding of statistics and hypothesis testing
Proficiency with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize)
Data analysis skills (SQL, Excel, Python, or R)
Ability to interpret results and communicate insights
Preferred Skills
Experience with product analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
Knowledge of CRO and UX principles
Familiarity with experimentation at scale
Data visualization and storytelling skills
