You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful data solutions that support both operational and analytical needs.

Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience leading architectural design reviews and driving strategic technical decisions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence engineering and product stakeholders.
- Ability to define high-level migration strategies and present cost-benefit analyses to leadership.
- Expertise in identifying technology gaps and recommending improvements.
- Experience mentoring teams in data principles, patterns, and practices.
- Skilled in drafting architectural diagrams, interface specifications, and design documentation.
- Familiarity with managing data catalogs and promoting reuse of data assets.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, NoSQL, and cloud-based data platforms.
- Passion for driving digital innovation through emerging technologies and scalable data solutions.
- Commitment to capturing and reusing intellectual capital, including reusable code components.
- Experience with Databricks or similar data platforms.
- Familiarity with API-first development using OpenAPI and AsyncAPI.
- Basic knowledge of Git, Linux, and distributed computing.
- Understanding of CI/CD practices for data products.
- Exposure to enterprise messaging and event-driven architecture.
Data Architecture Leadership
- Collaborate with product, engineering, security, and infrastructure teams to deliver data-driven solutions aligned with business outcomes.
- Lead the design and development of enterprise-wide data architecture, treating data as a strategic asset.
- Develop reusable standards, design patterns, and configurations to support scalable data infrastructure.
- Advise on technology trends and contribute to product roadmap planning.
- Define and communicate data strategy and roadmaps across the organization.
- Establish enterprise standards for data domains and solutions, focusing on simplified integration and operational efficiency.
- Partner with engineering teams to implement solutions and integrate third-party capabilities as needed.
