Title: Nuvolo Implementation Specialist / Developer
Location: Remote (EST/CST preferred)
Duration: 12+ months contract
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Nuvolo Implementation Specialist/Developer to support the deployment and integration of Nuvolo solutions for Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) clients. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise with ServiceNow and Nuvolo, along with the ability to configure, customize, and integrate systems while supporting ongoing product development.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the implementation of Nuvolo for HTM clients.

  • Configure and customize Nuvolo modules within ServiceNow.

  • Develop and maintain scripts, business rules, and workflows using JavaScript.

  • Build and support integrations between Nuvolo and external applications.

  • Provide product support, enhancements, and troubleshooting as needed.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders from healthcare/biotech organizations to ensure smooth deployment and adoption.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven Nuvolo implementation experience (preferably in healthcare or biotech).

  • Strong background as a ServiceNow Administrator and Developer (certifications required).

  • Hands-on expertise with JavaScript, business rules, and ServiceNow development.

  • Experience with HTM (Healthcare Technology Management) processes and workflows.

  • Ability to work independently as a jack-of-all-trades across development, integrations, and support.

Certifications

  • ServiceNow Administrator Certification

  • ServiceNow Developer Certification
