Job Details

Our direct client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to help it's customers transition over to a new system. There is 1-2 weeks of training for this role.

This is a contract position 3-6 months

Hybrid style of 3 days a week in the office in Chicago, IL

  • 1-3 years of professional experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Any knowledge of Banking would be a plus
  • Understanding of a Call Center would also be a big plus
  • Bilingual is also a plus
