Job Description.

- In-depth understanding of various Azure services

o VMs

o Azure Kubernetes

o PaaS services like Storage Accounts, ADF, MySQL flexible server, PostgreSQL flexible server, Azure SQL, Azure NetApp Files (ANF), Service Bus, Redis Cache, Document Intelligence, AI search, Azure OpenAI etc.

- Good understanding of CAF framework and experience in designing and implementing modern landing zone based on CAF. Understanding of virtual networking including vHub, security, and identity management.

- Hands on experience with Terraform and Ansible in developing IaC automation.

- Designing for high-availability of infrastructure.

- Experience in integration with third party tools and services

Qualifications Basic

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education

At least 15 years of experience with Information Technology

Responsibilities

Work with architecture team and client stakeholders for designing and implementing Azure landing zone.

Work closely with the application SMEs and other stakeholders from client team to gather migration requirements, understand current application landscape/architecture and present recommendations for target disposition

Preparing migration solution and architectural documentation that will be reviewed and approved by peers and relevant stakeholders.

Work with project manager to arrive at release plan.

Provide guidance to project team in various activities like application assessment, code remediation, build & deploy, testing and production release.

Highlight blockers or dependencies to the project managers and other stakeholders and ensure that any changes to requirements impacting the solution architecture are called out immediately.

Provide updates on project activities and status to project managers and other relevant stakeholders

Preferred

At least 7 year experience architecting solution leveraging complex landing zone experience for multiple Azure services, with 12+ years of experience of hard-core infrastructure consulting.

Azure Certification - Architecting Microsoft Azure Solutions / DevOps Engineering Professional / Developer

In depth knowledge of key Azure services AKS, VM, Storage, Azure SQL, VNet, Redis Cache, Resource Manager, Azure Diagnostics/ OMS, Traffic Manager, Azure CDN, Azure Notification Hubs, Azure Identity and Access Management, Infrastructure as Code etc.

In-depth knowledge of design, implementation, engineering, automation and devops implementation, service operation and service improvement initiatives

IaaC automation with Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell and Az CLI scripting, ARM templates.

On premise / other cloud providers to Azure cloud migration using cloud migration tools like ASR/Cloud Endure etc.

Cloud strategy assessment and definition

Key Skills: CI and CD using Jenkins, Ansible, Python, Shell scripting, Change management, Azure Cloud knowledge and prod support activities

At least 2 - 3 years of experience using DevOps Tools, Python, Dockers

Skillsets: - Knowledge about CI and CD using GIT, Jenkins, Ansible, JIRA ..etc

Defining deployment standards for development team & reviewing delivered build packages for validating the required standards, Automation Architect

Understand Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle process.

Understanding of container technology and container orchestration platforms.

Knowledge of best practices and market trends pertaining to Cloud and overall industry to provide thought leadership (seminars, whitepapers etc.,) and mentor team to build necessary competency

Good working knowledge of ITSM processes and integration with automation tools for self-service deployments.

Advise the customer executives on their cloud strategy roadmap, improvements, alignment and further improvements.

Proven experience assessing clients workloads and technology landscape for Cloud suitability, develop business case and Cloud adoption roadmap

Proven knowledge of leading Cloud Management Platform and orchestration tools

Proven knowledge of evaluating the Azure hosting consumption charges and optimization of the charges

Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive project from architecture standpoint

Ability to quickly establish credibility and trustworthiness within key executive stakeholders in client organization;

Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills;

Ability to quickly produce PowerPoint slides which are both content rich, succinct and visually appealing;

Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment

Experience to Health care domain would be good to have
