Job Title: Project Coordinator Pen Tester - Remote
Position: Contract
Overview:
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in business or management.
- Direct experience or training related to Information Technology.
- Direct experience or training related to Cyber Security.
- Significant track record of superior customer service.
Basic Qualifications
- Two+ years of relevant experience.
- Ability to automate tasks by writing basic scripts/programs in at least 1 language (Python, PowerShell, C#, Assembly languages, etc.).
- Ability to read and understand multiple programming languages.
- Have a high-level attention to detail.
- Proficient in managing data, forms, and engaging in effective questioning and answering.
- Ability to prioritize and delegate time schedules for multiple assessments.
- Basic hands-on experience with at least one of the major cloud providers (Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure).
- Basic familiarity with multiple operating systems, minimally Windows and Linux.
- An adversarial mindset - you must be able to put yourself in the mind of the attacker.
- Excellent and professional communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to articulate complex topics in a clear and concise manner.
- Completely fluent in English.
- Ability to provide customer-facing support in a professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Develop great rapport with the internal team, customers and third party vendors.
- Manage relationships of customers and key stakeholders.
- Collect and maintain records related to solutions within the Offensive Security and Protect Team.
- Triage, answer questions and route requests from customers and stakeholder to appropriate team members.
- Assist in improving overall data quality to support metrics and tracking.
- Supporting reporting, automation, documentation and the template creation process.
