The Manager, AA Digital Engagement will work as a member of the Customer AI Products and Strategy (CAPS) team and play a key role in driving the evolution of our business to meet evolving customer needs and improve customer experience. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of digital marketing channels, a practical understanding of AI/Machine Learning techniques, is a self-starter, and can adjust quickly to changing needs and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive clear and effective business translation of Digital AI products between business and technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with partners across AI Product, Marketing, Sales and Omni Channel Strategy to incorporate market research, brand strategy, and competitive intelligence into Digital AI products
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Media excellence, and Omni Channel Strategy teams to craft media investment strategy based on output from predictive models
  • Oversee the critical processes and resources that drive digital AI products in Immunology. This includes leading contracted resources, prioritizing product enhancements, continuous process improvement/automation, and conducting quality checks on outputs
  • Lead development and communication of A/B testing to determine impact of Digital AI products on marketing campaigns, specific tactics, or content
  • Uncover "critical moments" along a customer's journey for marketing intervention using common sources of commercial pharma, consumer, and census data
Qualifications

Experience and Skills:
  • Intellectual curiosity and passion to learn new things!
  • Proficiency in practical application of predictive modeling and demonstrated ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences required
  • Skilled in data extraction and summarization from large datasets using SQL and basic statistical analysis using preferred languages (i.e., Python, SQL, R) required
  • Demonstrated understanding of omnichannel marketing, especially within the pharmaceutical industry highly preferred
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance across channels (e.g. streaming, display, email, web) using tools like Google analytics, Veeva, and Salesforce and communicating results & recommendations to improve impact highly preferred
  • Experience advising marketing investment to improve returns across different promotional channels highly preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience in digital marketing, analytics, management consulting or related field is required
  • A minimum of a Bachelor Degree is required, Masters preferred.

  • Ability to travel up to 10% domestically
  • The anticipated base pay range for this position is between $113K to $170K USD
