Job Title:- Sr. Workday Integrations Developer

Duration: 6+ months

Location: HYBRID- Onsite in Tampa, FL (Westshore District) 2-3 Days/week.

The Workday Integration Developer is responsible for the end-to-end management of Workday integrations and related applications. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining complex application systems to support business operations.

MUST HAVES:

1. Must live in Tampa, FL or commutable to be ONSITE 2-3 days/week in the Westshore Business District.

2. Must have EIB, workday studio, payroll, HCM and Time & Attendance experience.

3. Experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connector and other integration tools.

4. Writing and Maintaining Integrations and Configurations

5. Very strong communication skills and ability to speak in both technical and non technical terms

Workday Integration Tools: Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and other tools

Integration Design and Development: Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining integrations.

Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Experience with resolving integration errors and issues.

Collaboration: Working with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Creating metrics dashboards and analyzing large datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of Workday integrations, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and system performance.
  • Maintain documentation for integrations, configurations, and system changes.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Workday integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and other integration tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment.
