Pay Rate:$68.00 - $74.00 per hour (W2 Only)

Must be able to work ONSITE once per month - LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY

Seeking to hire a Project Manager to support the implementation of Data Modernization efforts as a part of the Office of Informatics and Analytics (OIA). This position will directly support Data Modernization work with regards to program administration and coordination, associated grant, contract, and resource management, financial management, program planning and communication, overseeing program documentation management, and assisting with related workforce development needs. This position will work closely with other members, including the administrative, core informatics, advanced analytics and visualization, and data governance teams, as well as with various divisions and programs, including with Information Technology staff. This position will be directly supervised by and responsible for supporting the Data Modernization director and Chief Public Health Informatics Officer in coordinating Data Modernization activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate across the three focus areas of the Data Modernization Strategy including workforce development, data governance, and data and systems.
Assist with all related grant management including drafting of applications, development and management of workplans and budgets, and reporting progress measures and metrics.
Oversee project status tracking for all Data Modernization related projects, including escalation and publication of status reports.
Maintain Data Modernization related planning and plan documents.
Support Data Modernization related procurement and contracts as directed
Actively track Data Modernization budget across projects and funding sources. Assist with monitoring expenditures.
Oversee Data Modernization resource management
Oversee Data Modernization related communication strategies including but not limited to SharePoint pages, data town halls, newsletters, and program email communications.
Support facilitation Data Modernization related workgroups
Coordinate development and publishing of Data Modernization related documentation.
Provide support for Data Modernization related projects as assigned which may include support for workforce development activities.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
6+ years of Project Management, including project scope, project plans, schedules, budgets, risk and leading project teams
3+ years with Grant Management
2+ years of Contract Management
Excellent leadership, written and oral communication skills.
Experience using project tools, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook), MS Project and MS Teams
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree (Required)

Project Management Skills/Experience:
Experience implementing Data Modernization ( Informatics and Analytics) projects, including workforce development, data governance, data and data systems
Project Management - Knowledge of a Risk Mgmt, Communication, Integration, Project Scope, Time, and Quality
Advanced knowledge of Project Management methodology - AGILE
Involved in leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
Advanced knowledge of Quality Management processes and tools
Advanced knowledge of PM principles involved in monitoring project deliverables against scope documents
General knowledge of principles and processes for communicating with stakeholders
Advanced knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
