We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a finance background who is responsible for leading and managing the project management, change management, and successful implementation of assigned large-scale and small-scale organizational projects. Cross-team coordination, project management, active hands-on participation and executive communication are essential.

Essential Functions:

Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Drive timely and successful completion of project deliverables, including tracking milestones and/or project financials.
  • Effectively manage and create positive relationships with stakeholders and business owners for projects, including holding senior leaders accountable for scope, timeline, and deliverables.
  • Responsible for accurate and timely project documentation, including presenting project progress reports to all levels of the organization. Focus heavily on cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on key decisions and statuses.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance the business needs versus technical/other constraints.
  • Create original work product as necessary to support deliverables; e.g., writing policies and procedures, creating work flow documents, researching regulatory matters.
  • Assist in defining process improvement efforts, as needed.
  • Develop and project manage multiple work streams.
  • Ability to align all work efforts with organization s overall mission and strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships across functional areas and operational groups
  • Independently leads executive projects

Required knowledge, skills and ability:

  • Project management and critical-thinking skills
  • Strong team player with the ability to work across multiple functions and disciplines
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentations
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, such as HIPAA, HITECH, and data privacy and security standards
  • Skill in organization, prioritization, and attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate cross functionally Ability to prioritize fast paced workload
