The Position:
Client: Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Pennsylvania Public School Employees Retirement System (PSERS)
Position Title: PSERS End-Point Device Support and Management PS3 (XXXXXX)
Location: Hybrid; Remote Off-Site and On-Site in Harrisburg, PA
Duration: Initial term through 06/30/2026 (+ Annual Renewal in 1-Year Terms)

Note: This position will be on-site to start to help with imaging laptops for a Windows 11 upgrade project; and then be eligible for hybrid work arrangement after imaging effort and laptop distribution is completed. Candidates must currently reside within a reasonable commuting distance (1-hour/50-miles) of Harrisburg, PA.

This position will be a team member of the Technical Services Support Team. This position will be primarily responsible for client endpoint support for laptops, tablets, mobile phones to include troubleshooting and maintenance of the following;
- Create PowerShell scripts for reporting and automation.
- Microsoft Teams video, meetings, collaboration support.
- Office 365 productivity application support.
- Troubleshoot desktop/laptop/mobile device issues hardware and software.
- Utilize SCCM, Intune, and AD Group Policies to keep devices updated, distribute software, and apply controls to maintain security of end-point devices.
Position will work closely with the Security Team, Network Team, Application Teams and Developers, Business Areas and End-Users.

The Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience composing clear well formatted technical documentation for end-users and technical support teams.
- Experience providing Microsoft Windows OS support in an enterprise environment.
- Experience with SCCM and MDM to manage Windows, iOS, and Android end user devices.
- Experience with Active Directory, Groups/Users/Group Policy Management.
- Experience installing, configuring, supporting apps on mobile phones in an enterprise environment.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Teams issues, conference room setup and support.
- Experience supporting mobile users, laptops/tablets/smart phones.
- Experience troubleshooting web browser application issues.
- Experience with scripting (VB Script, PowerShell).
