Job Details
Job Title: Sr. QA Lead - Specialized
Location: Atlanta, GA(Hybrid)
Qualifications:
? 9-10 years of Performance Testing and Engineering experience
? Experience leading large programs and portfolios (a line of business) for E2E PT
? Hands on Load Runner experience to script and execute tests as needed
? Experience of working in Agile and DevOps environments
? Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Dynatrace
? Proficient in analyzing performance test results and working with technical teams to resolve bottlenecks
? Collaborate with architect, business and management evaluating business goals for capture and understand performance testing requirements
? Drive performance testing feasibility assessments and estimations
? Develop performance workload model based on analysis of testing requirements
? Drive solutions for new technologies
? Create test plan or strategy identifying testing scope, activities, roles and responsibilities, risks and propose solutions to deliver project on time
