Position: Direct Client - Systems Analyst Digital Menu Board (DMB) Program
Location: Remote - (US PST hours)

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Systems Analyst to support the Digital Menu Board (DMB) Program. You will act as the vital link between business, engineering, and technical teams-ensuring smooth operations, resolving issues, and enabling continuous improvement across systems.
Key Responsibilities:-
Provide day-to-day support for DMB operations, including ad hoc request handling and incident resolution.

Investigate production issues to ensure minimal disruption and maximum uptime.

Manage test environments and ensure system stability, integrity, and equipment readiness.

Execute system configuration updates to meet evolving business requirements.

Collaborate with the Technical Program Manager to prioritize sustainment tasks and align with strategic goals.

Refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and validate technical requirements with engineering teams.

Develop and validate test cases, ensuring that functionality meets defined expectations.

Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution with business partners.

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.

3 5 years' experience as a Systems Analyst or similar IT support role.

Strong background in system configuration, testing, and production support.

Proven analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.

Experience with Agile frameworks and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.

Clear, concise communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Retail or digital signage domain experience is a plus.
