This is a Hybrid 4 Days/Week onsite project at Columbia SC. Candidate MUST relocate to SC.
Required Skills (rank in order of Importance): 1. Ability to analyze, document, and improve business and system processes using various tools and methodologies. 2. Experience with HRIS systems. 3. Working knowledge of state HR/payroll processes, data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA, FLSA), and regulatory compliance frameworks. 4. Proficient in creating user guides, SOPs, and technical documentation. 5. Advanced skills in reporting, dashboard creation, and data visualization. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and collaborative tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams). 
 
  | Preferred Skills (rank in order of Importance): 1. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors 2. Experience with industry standard information security practices 3. Written and verbal communication skills 4. Understanding of IT development and implementation projects
