Position Overview:

Our Client is seeking a Technical Project Manager with strong experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to lead the delivery of technical solutions that align with both business objectives and enterprise architecture standards. This role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and brings deep knowledge of AEM, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital solutions to support critical business functions.
• Ensure all delivered solutions adhere to enterprise architecture, quality standards, and best practices while aligning with Client s tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop and manage test plans, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate successful solution deployment.
• Work closely with Product Teams to ensure systems and features are implemented and functioning as intended.
• Participate in the Dealer Engagement Stable Team, aligning with both North American and Global TDP (Technical Delivery Platform) processes.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in TDP processes and solutions, driving improvements and innovations.
• Analyze business problems and propose new solutions or enhancements to existing products.
• Ensure documentation of all changes or feature requirements related to legal, customer experience, or system performance.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and prioritize effectively.
• Comfortable working in a globally distributed and culturally diverse team environment.
• A team player who collaborates effectively across functional and geographic boundaries.

Technical Expertise:

• Adobe Experience Platform deep working knowledge is essential.
• Familiarity with Extranets and IAM (Identity Access Management) technologies.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and handling large datasets.
• Strong background in writing user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
• Proficiency in tools including Azure DevOps, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional Agile teams.
• Drive for continuous learning and growth in both technical and functional domains.
• Solid background in IT systems analysis hardware and software.
