Job Description:
Responsibilities:
  • Assist project managers and teams in coordinating and executing project components.
  • Candidateage project/work plans and maintain dashboards and executive summaries.
  • Track timelines, scope, and costs using project management tools.
  • Support communication with internal teams and external partners.
  • Gather and document project requirements and maintain detailed schedules.
  • Support conflict resolution, issue tracking, and risk identification.
  • Assist in monitoring budgets and reconciling estimates.
  • Maintain IntegXXd Project Plan (IPP) and project reporting tools.
  • Participate in team meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Document change requests, updates, and knowledge transfer.
  • Promote adherence to Government I&IT standards, methods, and best practices.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Experience working with federal/provincial/public-sector healthcare providers.
  • Knowledge of public sector enterprise architecture and gating processes.
  • Knowledge of immunization systems, client/provider registries, and large-scale clinical IT system integration.
  • Experience with Agile project practices (Scrum certification preferred).
  • Experience using tools like MS Project, Planview, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
Experience:
  • Proven ability to manage detailed project plans and schedules.
  • Understanding of scope, risk, budget, quality, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience with business process reengineering and change adoption.
  • Familiarity with integXXd change control processes and IM/IT principles.
Skills:
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong consulting and interpersonal skills with a track record of stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service, organization, and multitasking capabilities.
Qualification and Education:
  • Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience in project coordination or IT project management.
  • Scrum Master certification is preferred.
