Using Oracle Version: Oracle EBS 12.2.9
Position Control Module

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and stabilization of the Position Control module.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to align system functionality with organizational goals.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues.
Create clear documentation for configurations, processes, and training materials.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members or business users as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with Oracle EBS, specifically in HRMS and Position Control.
Experience with Oracle EBS 12.2.9 is a strong plus.
Prior experience in a techno-functional role with both hands-on configuration and stakeholder engagement.
Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and agile project environments
