Job Details

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing supply chain processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing data-driven solutions to optimize inventory, logistics, procurement, and overall supply chain performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Develop and maintain performance metrics and dashboards for supply chain operations.

  • Monitor inventory levels and recommend improvements to forecasting and replenishment strategies.

  • Collaborate with procurement, logistics, production, and sales teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.

  • Support demand planning, capacity planning, and S&OP processes with accurate data and insights.

  • Evaluate supplier performance and assist in strategic sourcing initiatives.

  • Work with ERP and supply chain management systems to ensure data accuracy and process integration.

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities in transportation, warehousing, and procurement.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or a similar analytical role.

  • Proficient in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree or certification (e.g., APICS, CSCP, CPIM).

  • Experience in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, or supplier management.

  • Understanding of global supply chain dynamics and compliance.
