Job Details
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing supply chain processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing data-driven solutions to optimize inventory, logistics, procurement, and overall supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain performance metrics and dashboards for supply chain operations.
Monitor inventory levels and recommend improvements to forecasting and replenishment strategies.
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, production, and sales teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.
Support demand planning, capacity planning, and S&OP processes with accurate data and insights.
Evaluate supplier performance and assist in strategic sourcing initiatives.
Work with ERP and supply chain management systems to ensure data accuracy and process integration.
Identify cost-saving opportunities in transportation, warehousing, and procurement.
Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or a similar analytical role.
Proficient in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree or certification (e.g., APICS, CSCP, CPIM).
Experience in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, or supplier management.
Understanding of global supply chain dynamics and compliance.
