KeyLogic has a new opportunity, for a Computer Systems Analyst III (Application Development). This position can be Hybrid, based out of Bethesda, MD.
Position Summary:
The Computer Systems Analyst will support application development and maintenance for NIH/ORS/OIIT. The analyst will work closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure systems meet user requirements and are delivered on time.
Position Responsibilities:
- Analyze user needs and develop system specifications.
- Support application lifecycle from planning to deployment.
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure system integrity.
- Provide documentation and support for system upgrades and enhancements.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in application development or systems analysis.
- Public Trust Clearance
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Background Investigation
Required Certifications (any of the following):
- ITIL v3 or higher (Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management)
- MTA, MCSA, or MCSE
- Apple Certified Support Professional or Associate
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+
- Jamf Certified Tech or Expert
