Key Result Areas and Activities: As a Technical Project Manager, the primary focus will be responsible to interact withData Managers, business stakeholders and project teams for execution of IT projects. Responsibilities: Technical background on Data warehousing technologies Product Ownership & Strategy Define and maintain the product roadmap for data platform capabilities Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility, and stakeholder input Own the backlog and ensure timely delivery of high-impact features Team Leadership Lead cross-functional teams of data engineers, BI developers, and integration specialists Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos Mentor team members and foster a culture of innovation and accountability Stakeholder Engagement Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients Translate business requirements into technical specifications Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly and proactively Governance & Compliance Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with organizational standards Collaborate with data governance teams to enforce best practices Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and ability to triage technical issues and drive resolution with cross functional teams Understanding of various development methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile Work and Technical Experience: Must-Have: 1. Minimum 8 years hands on experience in technical project Management 2. Havins understanding of agile methodologies and scrum, 3. Able to communicate with stakeholders on risks, critical dependencies and work towards resolving them 4. Create Gantt charts and status reports Good to Have: 1. Worked with JMS compliant Message Brokers and familiar with JMS objects, properties, and administration activities. 2. Experience on Java, and capable of reading and troubleshooting Java code. Implementing integration (ESB/EAI/SOA) patterns using SDLC processes and agile methodology. 4. Working with XML, XSD, DTD, XSLT, XPATH, and JSON; and 5. Experience with REST and SOAP Applications, both as server and as a consumer 6. Understanding of business intelligence, data warehousing, data modelling, architectures, and terminology. 7. Demonstrated experience in SQL scripting (SQL Server and Oracle preferred). Qualifications: Bachelor s Degree, preferably with a business, analytics or supply chain focus 5+ years related experience and/or training in demand planning, replenishment, forecasting & allocation; or equivalent combination of education and experience Qualities: Critical thinking, analysis, and decision-making skills Demonstrated technical aptitude with emphasis on troubleshooting issues and problem solving Experience in user training and classroom facilitation of key business processes and core inventory management functions Strong verbal and written communication skills
