Position: Sr Power BI Reporting Analyst (Job Id -CFNJP00052315)

Location: San Diego CA 92130 (100% REMOTE)

Duration: 8 Months + Strong Possibility of Extension

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, format, and maintain reports with charts and tables to support post-market surveillance activities.
  • Manipulate and analyze large datasets using advanced Excel functions and formulas.
  • Extract, filter, and download data from Power BI reports for further analysis.
  • Ensure consistent formatting and presentation of reports in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and PDF formats.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and large dataset management.
  • Strong ability to create charts and tables for clear data visualization.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, data sets or interactive dashboards: filtering, extracting, and downloading data for analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and PDF formatting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in the medical device industry.
  • Knowledge of post-market surveillance processes and regulatory standards for medical devices.
  • Background in Quality, with experience in documentation best practices.
  • Familiarity with CAPAs, Field Corrective Actions (FCAs), and product recalls.
  • Knowledge of complaint handling and experience with ETQ or other complaint management systems.
  • Experience using the FDA MAUDE database.
  • Understanding of IMDRF coding for adverse events.
