YSI is seeking a Program Manager III. The program manager will oversee the program and project management supporting PMS-408 missions (CREW, JEOD, UWEOD, ATA ExMed).

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversees end-to-end program planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management to support PMS-408 missions (CREW, JEOD, UWEOD, ATA, ExMed).
  • Leads cross-functional integration across engineering, logistics, acquisition, testing, and contractor teams while ensuring compliance with DoD policies.
  • Serves as the primary liaison to Government leadership, providing strategic updates, decision support, and oversight of program execution and deliverables.

Required skills and experience

  • Bachelor s degree (technical or managerial discipline)
  • 15 years of experience in program/project management
  • SECRET clearance required
