Job Description
Required Education:
B.S. Computer Science or Information Technology (required).

Preferred Certifications:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications (preferred).

Skills and qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator/Developer experience.
Knowledge of Power Apps or ability to learn other programming languages supported by Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with both the business community and the technical community.
Strong analytical skills, self-motivation, and attention to detail along with an aptitude to excel in technology transformation projects.
Ability to work with external (vendor) customers.
Understanding of general banking operation principles, programming logic/processes, Jira, Agile methodology and querying tools.
Team oriented and possess a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, and permissions.
Conduct Microsoft Dynamics CRM configuration changes, including Workflow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports.
Ability to communicate (verbal and written) with Microsoft Dynamics business users to understand system requirements and organizational processes.
Communicate with the users to determine problems or design requirements.
Design, develop and maintain the overall architecture of Microsoft Dynamics CRM based applications for internal users.
Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions.
Serve in a lead role to provide direction to other team members, monitor project tasks for priority & resolution and service as point person for issue resolution.
Participate in sprint review and retrospective to provide feedback on developed functionality and confirm functionality matches user story.
Conduct ongoing research on latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM technologies.
Participate in understanding the productivity gain utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM technology and calculate the return on investment.
Review and/or prepare system documentation in accordance to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM process.
Assist in enforcement of project deadlines, schedules, and methodologies.
Work closely with Quality Assurance team to review testing results or issues.
Other duties as required.
