Job Title: Senior SAP Integration Consultant (CPI)
Duration: Long Term
Location: Grapevine TX
About Role:
- Senior SAP Integration Consultant with deep expertise in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), API Management, and SAP Cloud Connector.
- The selected professional will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end integrations across multiple SAP and non-SAP systems, supporting critical business operations.
- This is a high-impact, senior-level role requiring both strong technical capability and the ability to work collaboratively with functional, architecture, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and implement integrations using SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) aligned with Kubota s global integration strategy.
- Develop and manage APIs using SAP API Management, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
- Configure and maintain SAP Cloud Connector for secure connectivity between on-premise and cloud systems.
- Implement integrations across systems leveraging REST, SOAP, and OData protocols.
- Collaborate with SAP functional teams (SD, MM, FI, etc.) to translate business requirements into scalable integration solutions.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution.
- Support upgrades, performance tuning, and deployment automation.
- Provide documentation and technical guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of SAP Integration experience, including at least 4+ years in SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration).
- Proven expertise in SAP API Management and Cloud Connector configuration.
- Strong hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, and OData integration services.
- Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, or other SAP cloud modules.
- Familiarity with message mappings, XSLT, Groovy scripts, and error-handling mechanisms in CPI.
- Solid understanding of authentication mechanisms (OAuth2.0, SAML, Certificates).
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and manage multiple priorities.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) extensions or Event Mesh.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD tools, Git, and transport mechanisms in SAP BTP.
- Exposure to API lifecycle management and security policies (JWT, API keys, etc.).
- Experience with integration monitoring and alerting dashboards in SAP Cloud ALM or Solution Manager
