The role is for an IAM/PAM Analyst (5 years experience) to support the Workforce Access Management (WAM) project, focusing on secure and compliant access to enterprise systems. The analyst will evaluate, monitor, and enforce Identity and Privileged Access Management controls, ensure adherence to policies/regulations, and collaborate with security, engineering, and audit teams to remediate gaps. Responsibilities include access reviews, privileged account audits, anomaly detection using tools like SailPoint, CyberArk, Azure AD, and documenting findings for leadership.

NOTE: Candidate must be on Teknosys W2 only.
 
Experience: 5+

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s in Information Security/CS (preferred)

  • Experience in IAM/PAM, authentication, authorization, and compliance

  • Knowledge of frameworks (SOX, HIPAA, ISO 27001, NIST)

  • Familiarity with Cisco ISE, Okta, Snowflake, Tableau/PowerBI (preferred)

  • Skills in scripting/automation, Zero Trust, and strong communication/documentation

  • Certifications (CISSP, CISM, or IAM/PAM-specific) are a plus
