BPS Analyst
Location: New York, NYC / Remote
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Evaluate current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancement, automation, or redesign.
- Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and other documentation to clearly outline current and future state processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all organizational levels to gather requirements and implement process changes.
- Propose and design new processes, systems, and technology enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce complexity, and meet business goals.
- Take ownership of complex, high-profile projects, and may mentor and guide junior analysts.
- Monitor the effectiveness of new processes and provide ongoing support to ensure sustainable improvements.
- Produce and review reports, status updates, and performance metrics to communicate progress and findings to stakeholders.
Required skills and qualifications
- 4 years of experience in trading desk experience in Trade execution and trade settlement team.
- 4 years of experience in large cap stocks, some options trading
- 3 years of experience in CTM/Moxy knowledge
