Ariba Business Systems Analyst - P2P SAP
Day 1 Onsite Santa Clara, CA (No Hybrid / Remote)
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (P2P SAP / Ariba) who will act as the liaison between IT and Business teams, focusing on process enhancements, integrations, and support across SAP Ariba and ERP systems. This role ensures the company operates financially within compliance frameworks from Day 1, enabling smooth, controlled financial operations and consolidated financial close processes.
Key Responsibilities

Drive Ariba functional design and deliver enhancements across Procurement, Accounting, and Sourcing.

Lead production support and process improvement initiatives in P2P.

Collaborate cross-functionally with business and technical teams to streamline workflows.

Manage supplier onboarding via SLP workflows.

Handle mass data uploads/downloads in Ariba and troubleshoot SAP integration issues.

Ensure adherence to SDLC and Agile best practices for enterprise systems.

Maintain strong documentation and partner communication through project lifecycle.
Required Experience
-
8+ years of experience with Ariba Upstream and/or Downstream.

End-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) implementation experience.

Strong background in Procurement, Accounting, and Sourcing functions.

Working knowledge of SAP Tables, P2P TCODES, and technical troubleshooting.

Experience with Ariba SAP ERP integration (MM, FI, R2R).

Proficiency in data management within Ariba platforms.

Bachelor s/Master s degree in Business, Finance, or IT-related field.
Preferred / Plus

SAP or Ariba certification(s).

Familiarity with CYBR / PANW financial framework.

Proven experience in Agile enterprise delivery.
