As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll work to resolve complex customer issues by conducting an initial triage of the problem and isolating where it originated. You'll determine the most efficient resolution and engage the appropriate teams, where necessary. You'll also have the opportunity to work with various teams and vendors. Maintaining a working knowledge of the mobility network, provisioning and ordering systems will be crucial to executing a resolution to complex and reoccurring issues.

This On site FULL-TIME position (24/7 365) needs to be able to keep a full professional conversation in English.

Responsibilities

What you'll do:

Utilize sophisticated systems to understand the health and performance of the mobility network and how the customer traffic is passing through it.

Host and participate in troubleshooting calls with necessary partners, both internal and external.

Handle complex and escalation issues and work with other employees and/or customers in the maintenance and installation of wireless service.

Aid different support members and engage with other teams outside of Mobility.

Perform network surveillance and emergency response as necessary.

Assist with new customer installations, working with team members, departments, and vendors to ensure all work efforts are done in a timely and efficient manner.

Coordinate with IT teams when system issues arise.

Provide support for newly hired employees; sitting in on training, job shadowing, and offering mentor relationships.

Qualifications

You'll bring:

High School education or equivalent.

2 years of related technical training or equivalent experience

Effective communication skills to provide support for customers, peers, vendors, and other team members.

Availability during the day, evening, or night hours; as well as overtime, emergency call-outs, weekends, and holidays as required. You may also need to assume 24-hour on-call duty when assigned and applicable.

Flexibility in your work environment, either from home and/or an office location.

Availability for limited travel in special circumstances, regarding either a customer visit, complex issue, or for training.
