Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, addressing inquiries and sharing timely updates on transition status.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of all transition-related activities.

Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential risks or obstacles and formulate contingency plans to minimize their impact.

Execution Management: Lead the implementation phase of the transition, ensuring activities align with the planned roadmap.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor transition metrics, evaluate performance data, and compile progress reports.

Record Keeping: Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation for all phases of the transition.

Educational Qualifications:
