Job Title : Service Now Architect

Location: Remote

Duration: Long term

Job Type : Contract (We can consider - W2 or C2C )

Must be in USA for 3 + years to get public trust

Responsibilities:

Sr. ServiceNow Developer who will spend 80% of time hands on development and Federal O&M sustainment and 20% on solution architecture/design.

The role supports a large environment across ITSM/ITOM/CSM and related modules, ensuring stable operations, high-quality enhancements, compliant upgrades, and well-governed designs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degreein Computer Science/Engineering/IT (or related).
  • 10+ yearsoverall IT withat least 5+ yearshands-onServiceNow development/O&Min large environments (preferably Federal).
  • Strong JavaScript/Glide, configuration, and data skills:Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Catalog/Flows, ACL/RBAC.
  • Proven experience withService PortalandService Operations Workspaceconfiguration.
  • Integrations:REST/SOAP,MID Server, OAuth; ability to supportSailPoint, JIRA, UpStartintegrations.
  • Upgrades/clones experience withATFregression and change governance.
  • Excellent communication; ability to present impacts, risks, and options to business/technical stakeholders.
  • Federal O&Mexperience (production sustainment + upgrades + CAB).
  • Portal + Workspacedelivery and at least oneintegration(REST + MID).
  • 20% architectureexposure (HLD/LLD, reviews, guardrails).

Certifications:

  • CSA/CADminimum; CTA preferred.
