IT Project Manager

• We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Delivery Lead to lead the delivery of a large-scale Sales Enablement & Content Management platform tailored for our Wealth Management business.
• The successful candidate will help form the vision, roadmap and goals for the application/projects they will be aligned to, working with business stakeholders and development teams to deliver robust and sustainable business software solutions using agile techniques.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a transformative platform that empowers financial advisors with timely, relevant, and compliant content across digital and advisor channels.
• Partner closely with senior Wealth Management stakeholders to drive strategic conversations, ensuring delivery aligns with business priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Translate business vision into actionable technology roadmaps, managing cross-functional teams across product, engineering, compliance, and operations.
• Facilitate executive-level engagement and governance, providing clear, concise updates and driving alignment across senior leadership.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in technology delivery or program management, ideally within financial services or Wealth Management.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Scaled Agile Framework
• Proven success in delivering enterprise-scale platforms involving content management, digital enablement, or advisor tools.

• Ability to operate at senior levels in both written and verbal communications interacting professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
• Previous experience with Seismic and/or Salesforce is a strong plus, especially in the context of advisor enablement and content distribution.
