Location: Phoenix, AZ 85044
Schedule: Monday-Thursday Onsite, Friday Remote | 8am-5pm
Training: 2-week onboarding with in-house trainer (8am-5pm)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Desk Technician to join our National Service Desk (NSD) team. This role is ideal for professionals with 1 - 3 years of experience in enterprise-level IT support, who excel in remote troubleshooting and delivering top-tier customer service. You'll be supporting a wide range of internal applications and systems, helping employees maintain productivity and meet critical deadlines.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Desk Technician to join our National Service Desk (NSD) team. This role is ideal for professionals with 1 - 3 years of experience in enterprise-level IT support, who excel in remote troubleshooting and delivering top-tier customer service. You'll be supporting a wide range of internal applications and systems, helping employees maintain productivity and meet critical deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-level technical support via phone, chat, and remote tools.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, applications, networks, and mobile devices (iPhones/iPads).
- Support Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite, VPN, Citrix, ERP, CRM, and MDM platforms.
- Perform account management tasks including password resets and permissions via Active Directory.
- Utilize ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, Cherwell) and remote support tools (e.g., SCCM, Software Center).
- Maintain high-quality customer service standards and communicate effectively with users of varying technical skill levels.
- Manage 30-40 support interactions daily, including concurrent chat sessions.
- Follow SOPs and leverage the internal Knowledge Base to resolve issues efficiently.
- Participate in monthly performance reviews and receive constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- 1 - 3 years of Service Desk experience in a corporate/enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10, MS Office, and remote support tools.
- Experience supporting mobile devices and peripheral hardware.
- Familiarity with 2-factor authentication and mobile device management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with MobileIron or similar MDM platforms.
- Prior work in high-volume environments such as Best Buy Geek Squad.
- Familiarity with both Windows and Mac OS environments.
