Location: Remote (PST time)
Duration: 6+ Months
Pay Range:$60.00 - $64.00 per hour

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and modify Tableau dashboards following best practices in data visualization.
- Integrate and ensure the security and scalability of data sources in collaboration with the EDW team.
- Conduct comprehensive data validation, regression testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide technical support and resolve performance issues related to Tableau and data extracts.
- Engage in design thinking and prototype development, monitor usage, and manage documentation.
- Proficient in Tableau development and data visualization techniques.
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data blending and ETL processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and data consistency.
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 2 years of experience in Tableau development and data visualization, particularly in People Analytics contexts.
