Location details : Hybrid- 3 days onsite in San Jose, CA and 2 days remote
Duration : 6+ Months
Project Overview: This role supports the AI Assistance Everywhere initiative, focused on improving customer experience, resolution rates, and engagement through personalized, contextual, and scalable solutions.

- UI improvements (transitions, animations, motion)
- Resizable widgets (Flexi Frame Cards)
- Resolution feedback & surveys
- Proactive PPA FAB and Live Async Chat
- Additional Initiatives
- IPS for Debit Card & Invoicing
- UK Holds Widget Update
- Venmo Gen AI Search
