Job Description:
Talent Groups is hiring an Associate Product Manager to help drive product development and improve user experience. This role is ideal for someone experienced in Agile environments, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration.

You ll work across the full product lifecycle from concept to launch partnering with stakeholders, designers, and engineers to deliver high-impact solutions.

Responsibilities:
Align with dev teams and business stakeholders on goals and GTM plans
Support sprint execution and backlog prioritization
Translate business needs into actionable features and user stories
Recommend product improvements and enhancements
Write clear acceptance criteria
Perform QA and validate against requirements
Manage feature delivery timelines
Assist with system configuration and documentation
Conduct research on competitors, markets, and tools

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree (MBA a plus)
1 2 years in software product management or development
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
